Raven offers 4 methods for customers to place technical enquiries:

The helpdesk is staffed between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm excluding public holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year. Outside these hours, or if all helpdesk staff are engaged on other calls, the incoming call will be transferred to a voicemail system.

Please note that all calls may be recorded for training and quality control purposes.

By addressing your FAX to Technical Support the automatic distribution system will again email your fax to all Helpdesk support personnel. Received faxes will then be dealt with in the same manner as email queries.

WHETHER YOU TELEPHONE, FAX OR EMAIL YOUR REQUEST FOR SUPPORT, PLEASE ENSURE YOU QUOTE THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM, THE COMPUTER MAKE/MODEL (IF RELEVANT) AND SOFTWARE BEING USED. THIS INFORMATION WILL ENSURE THAT THE SUPPORT TEAM CAN RESPOND QUICKLY & EFFECTIVELY TO YOUR CALL.

Using one of the 4 procedures detailed above will Help us to Help you more efficiently. We wish to note that the very nature of our work means that some of our calls are quite time consuming and we have little control over the number of calls received at any one time.

The Helpdesk Team will always endeavour to respond as quickly as possible and the more information you are able to provide when logging your call the more efficiently we will be able to deal with your query.
